The assessments at this site are for companies with 10 to 500 employees.

One-off assessments can be done at any time, by individuals or small groups of managers.

Full reviews involve three assessment sessions, for example:

A half hour assessment by the leader of the business
A session by another group of up to ten managers
A review session for all, where differences of opinion are resolved, leading to agreement and alignment on action priorities.
